DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Route: Drinking water, Aerosol, Ocular (eye-drop)
Drinking water method: Orally administer the recommended volume, after reconstituting 1 vial of vaccine in freeze-drying form in vial with antiseptic and/or disinfectant free drinking water.
Spray method: Reconstitute the vaccine in freeze-drying form in vial with sterilized distilled water, and spray it (spray droplet size: 110 ㎛) above the chickens so that it could be spread evenly over the chickens through nostril or eye.
Ocular (or eye drop) method: Reconstitute the vaccine in freeze-drying form in vial with the dissolving agent (or diluent), approx. 30mL. One drop with recommended volume should be applied to nostril or eye.
Vaccination regime: Administer the reconstituted vaccine to one-day-old chicken by spray method. If necessary, booster to the broiler at the age of 1~2 weeks by drinking water or spray or ocular method.
