Route: Drinking water, Spray, Ocular or nansal method
Administration
Drinking water: Orally administer afer reconstituting the vaccine with antiseptic and/or disinfectant free drinking water (10L/1000 dose)
Spray method: Reconstitute the vaccine, 1000 Dose/vial, with 70mL of sterilized distilled water and adjust the spray droplet size to 80~120㎛. administer by spraying to all chickens so that it could be spread evenly over the chickens through nostril or eye.
Ocular or nasal method: Reconstitute the vaccine 1000 Dose/vial with the dissolving agent (or diluent), approx. 30mL. One drop, about 0.03mL, should be applied to nostril or eye.
Application: to the chicken at the age of not more than 2 weeks, spray and ocular or nasal method is recommended, and to the chicken at the age of not less than 2 weeks, drinking water method is recommended
