Drinking Water method
Reconstitute the vaccine using neutral underground water.
-Chicken 1~4 day old: 5,000mL of water for 1000 Dose/ vial
-Chicken at approx. 2-week-old: 10,000mL of water for 1000 Dose/ vial
-Chicken at approx. 4-week-old: 20,000mL of water for 1000 Dose/ vial
-Chicken at approx. 2-month-old: 40,000mL of water for 1000 Dose/ vial
Spray method
Reconstitute the vaccine, 1000 dose/ vial with 300 to 500mL of sterilized distilled water. Administer the reconstituted vaccine by spraying 50cm above all chickens so that it could be spread evenly over the chickens through nostril or eye. Adjust the nozzle for even particle (60~150㎛) to be sprayed. The excessively minute spray particle may possibly arouse the respiratory symptoms because reconstituted vaccine may reach to the deep side of respiratory organ, and it is recommended to make the spray particle as large as the reconstituted vaccine could remain at the upper part of the chicks’ organ. At spray, stop the operation of heater and ventilator to restrict the air flow with best. Follow the instruction sheet, when using automatic spray machine.
Ocular or nasal method
Reconstitute the vaccine, 1000 dose/ vial, in freeze-drying (or lyophilization) form in vial with the dissolving agent (or diluent), approx. 30mL. One drop, about 0.03mL, should be applied to nostril or eye.
